Do they define who you are, or are they just holding you back from who you want to be?
"We all have insecurities about ourselves, and everything in our lives is affected by them: our internal dialogue; the way we project ourself; the way we see society; and how much we enjoy life. Most waking moments are affected by our insecurities." - Dr Lucy Atcheson
It is this concept of insecurities, which forms the basis of my project. How strongly can they affect you and your life? Should insecurities be taken so seriously? Most insecurities are kept private and personal to oneself but if they were to be talked about more, or even humoured, would they become easier to deal with?
